Home My WebLink About85-4-2668303 ORDINANCE NO. 85-4-2668 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY WESTERN DIESEL THE SUM OF $2,324.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE REFUSE TRUCK TRANSMISSION WHEREAS, Western Diesel is the only area supplier of transmissions for these trucks and competitive bidding has been waived. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH: SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer: is hereby authorized to pay Western Diesel the sum of -$2,324.00 for the purchase of one refuse truck transmission. SECTION 2. This expenditure should be charged to Account Number 10-500-420-322. SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage with one reading.
