Home My WebLink About85-3-2659257 ORDINANCE NO. 85-3-2659 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A LEASE WITH WALKER TOWING CORPORATION, FOR LEASE OF CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY BY WALKER TOWING CORPORATION, LOCATED IN 'OLD TOWN", IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a Lease with Walker Towing Corporation for lease of certain city property to Walker Towing Corporation, located in 'Old Town" in the City of Paducah, -Kentucky. SECTION 2. The aforesaid Lease is attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein, and all terms and provisions thereof are approved. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
