MOTION R & F NOTICES Commissioner Smith offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 11:00 a.m., Monday, 10, March 1, 2004, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5). This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session conducted by Comm.
