Commission File deed to Library Parking Lot Sell graves in Rushing Additior Ms. John People: 395 s 15 At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on August 15, 1972, Mayor McNutt presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioner Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4), Commissioner Harvey being absent. Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on August 15, 1972, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the following personnel changes be made: 1. The resignation of Larry Barnes as a patrolman in the Police Department be accepted, ,effective: August "71.0', 1972. / 2. The foll'ow'ing apart time laborers -:iii the Park Department be -terminated: David Deboe, effective August 8,:1972: _ ,. - 11 Bobbie Joe Ford, effective August 16, 1972 3. Marvin Armstrong, temporary laborer in the Refuse Department, be terminated, effective 'Au_ gust 11, ':1972. Adopted on call of the- Rol L, `Yeas,-- Comm- ssioners Hornsby.: Lambert-, 'Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Mrs. James Ross of the northeast one-fourth of Lot No. 3 in Section 3 of the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $400. -00;' -and that the City Clerk be authorized" to -execute a deed of 'conveyance to said cemetery graves. Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner, -Puryerar, that the resignation of Ernest P. Mitchell as a member of -the Paducah -McCracken County Recre- ational, Touri-st and Convention Commission be received, accepted and filed. Adopted on call of the Rall; Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and.Mayor McNutt (4) Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the deed dated July 20, 1972, from the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency to the City of Paducah, for Disposal Parcel 1, Block No. 3, Project KY. R-30 for :the Library Parking Lot between 5th and 6th -Streets on Kentucky Avenue be received, accepted, recorded and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4).
