Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by commissioner Hornsby, that the°wCertifice
of insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to W. H. Yancy &
Sons Asphalt, Inc; W. C. Yancy; John Yancy and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the
period from July 22, 1971 to July 22, 1972, be received, approved and files. Adopted
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4).
Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the cop,
of the Amendatory Application for Code Enforcement Grant Mechanicsburg Area No. 2,
dated April 1972, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4).

executed copy of the Contract between the City of Paducah and Easley Equipment Company,
Inc. for sale to the City of a Brushchipper for use in the Public Works Department,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey,
Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4).
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that the
letter of Allen and Associates, dated April 4, 1972, agreeing to make an audit of
all accounts of the City of Paducah for the year 1972 for the sum of $5000.00, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby,

between the City of Paducah and the American Federation.of State, County and Municipal
Employees AFL-CIO Local 1586, which contract is dated Ma-rch 31, 1972, be- received and

and I further move that copies of the budget, which have been printed, be made
available for distribution, and that a public hearing on said=budget be held at -the
meeting of the Board of Commissioners. to be held at 5:00 p.m, on April.18, 1972.

Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that an ordinance
entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XI, AND SECTIONS 2-210; 2-211; 2-212 AND
REPEALING SECTION 2-213 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY", be

Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that an ordinance
entitled "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE APPORTIONMENT OF THE PUBLIC FUNDS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR THE YEAR 1972 AND APPROPRIATING THE PUBLIC REVENUE AND INCOME
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR SUCH PURPOSES", be introduced and remain on file for at
least one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its final passage. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey,
