A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR'S EXECUTION OF EASEMENT AGREEMENTS BETWEEN PADUCAH-
McCRACKEN JOINT SEWER AGENCY AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY FOR EASEMENTS ACROSS SIX PARCELS OF PROPERTY FROM
THE PERKINS CREEK LIFT STATION ON CAIRO ROAD TO PROPERTY SOUTH
OF COUNTY PARK ROAD FOR THE MASSAC CREEK SANITARY SEWER
INTERCEPTOR
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves and authorizes the
Mayor's execution of Easement Agreements between the Paducah -McCracken Joint
Sewer Agency and the City of Paducah for six perpetual sanitary sewer easements and
temporary construction easements for portions of property from the Perkins Creek Lift
Station on Cairo Road to property south of County Park Road for the Massac Creek
Sanitary Sewer Interceptor.
SECTION 2. That the City hereby approves the Easement Agreements
referred to in Section 1 above and that the perpetual sanitary sewer easements and
temporary construction easements conveyed in said agreements are more particularly
described as follows:

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
All that tract or parcel of land situated on the southerly side of KY 305
US 45 and Jacobs Ln in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky and
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southern right-of-way line of KY 305 and
the northwest property corner of City of Paducah, Kentucky; thence
leaving said point with the southern right-of-way S 62°29' 43" E
approximately 20.3 feet to a point; thence N 1718' 42" E
approximately 25.4 feet to a point; thence S 63°23' 4" E along a curve
to the left having a radius of 3290' and an approximate Chord Distance
of 91.2 (Arc Distance of 91.203) feet to a point; thence N 17° 18' 44" E
approximately 10 feet to a point; thence S 64°46' 12" E along a curve
to the left having a radius of 3280' and an approximate Chord Distance
of 51.3 (Arc Distance of 51.301) feet to a point in the southern right-of-
way of KY 305; thence leaving said southern right-of-way and crossing
the property of the City of Paducah S 47°51' 49" W approximately 82.4
feet to a point; thence S 16°41' 59" W approximately 107.4 feet to a
point; thence N 721 41' 18" W approximately 185 feet to a point said
point being in the common line of the City of Paducah and the City of
Paducah; thence with said common line N 1798' 44" E approximately
102.6 feet to a corner in said common line; thence S 72141' 17" E
approximately 65 feet to a corner in said common line; thence N 17° 18'
43" E approximately 65.6 feet to the Point of Beginning.

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT A
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between US 45 and Jacobs Ln in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky, being 10 feet in total width, and being 10 feet on the
south/east side of the sanitary sewer centerline, as constructed, said
centerline of the sanitary sewer easement being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest property corner of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, thence with the west line of said property
along a reference line in a southwesterly direction approximately 590
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement
centerline description:
Beginning at a point in the west property line of CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, thence leaving said west line and crossing said property
in a northeasterly direction approximately 77' to a point;
Thence, in a north -northeasterly direction approximately 359' to a point;
Thence, in a east southeasterly direction approximately 479' to a point;
Thence, continuing across said property in a southeasterly direction
approximately 111' to a point, in said point being the end of Sanitary
Sewer Easement A centerline description.
The length of the above-described Sanitary Sewer Easement is
approximately 1026 feet across said property, more or less. See Exhibit
A hereto attached and made part of this document.
Being a part of the same property conveyed to CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, by deed dated December 01, 1999, of record in Deed
Book 928, page 599, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT B
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between US 45 and Jacobs Ln in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky, being 20 feet in total width, and being 10 feet on either side
of the sanitary sewer centerline, as constructed, said centerline of the
sanitary sewer easement being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the end point of Sanitary Sewer Easement A, thence
crossing said property in a southeasterly direction approximately 33' to
a point;
Thence, continuing across said property in an easterly direction
approximately 70' to a point, said point being the end of Sanitary Sewer
Easement B, and in the west line of the existing floodwall property.
The length of the above-described Sanitary Sewer Easement is
approximately 103 feet across said property, more or less. See Exhibit
A hereto attached and made part of this document.
Being a part of the same property conveyed to CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, by deed dated December 01, 1999, of record in Deed
Book 928, page 599, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT C
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between US 45 and Jacobs Ln in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky, being 20 feet in total width, and being 10 feet on either side
of the sanitary sewer centerline, as constructed, said centerline of the
sanitary sewer easement being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the end point of Sanitary Sewer Easement A, thence
crossing said property in a southeasterly direction approximately 64' to
a point, said point being the end of Sanitary Sewer Easement B, and in
the west line of the existing floodwall property.

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT D
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between US 45 and Jacobs Ln in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky, being 10 feet in total width, and being 30 feet on the
northwest side of the sanitary sewer centerline adjoined and adjacent to
the north/west side of an existing easement, as constructed, said
centerline of the sanitary sewer easement being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest property comer of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, thence with the west line of said property
along a reference line in a southwesterly direction approximately 590
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement
centerline description:
Beginning at a point in the west property line of CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, thence leaving said west line and crossing said property
in a northeasterly direction approximately 77' to a point;
Thence, in a north -northeasterly direction approximately 359' to a point;
Thence, in a east southeasterly direction approximately 479' to a point;
Thence, continuing across said property in a southeasterly direction
approximately 111' to a point, in said point being the end of Sanitary
Sewer Easement A centerline description.
The length of the above-described Sanitary Sewer Easement is
approximately 1026 feet across said property, more or less. See Exhibit

Being a part of the same property conveyed to CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, by deed dated December 01, 1999, of record in Deed

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Being a 20 foot wide temporary construction easement on the south side
of Easement A and on both sides of Easement B and Easement C of the
proposed sanitary sewer centerline. Said temporary construction
easement being adjoined to, and parallel with the sanitary easements
described above for an additional 20 feet on the south side of Easement
A and 40 feet for Easement B and Easement C temporary easement (20
feet on the north side. 20 feet on the south side) as shown on Exhibit A
for use during the construction period of said sanitary sewer line and
appurtenances in connection therewith.
Being a part of the same property conveyed to City of Paducah,
Kentucky, by deed dated December 01, 1999, of record in Deed Book
928, page 599, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT "A"
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between Jacobs Ln and Crestview Dr in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky, being 10 feet in total width, and being 10' on the south side
of the sanitary sewer centerline, as constructed, said centerline of the
sanitary sewer easement being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest property comer of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, thence with the west line of said property
along a reference line in a southwesterly direction approximately 50

Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 363' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 399' to a point;
Thence, continuing across said property in an easterly direction

PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, said point being the end of the Sanitary
Sewer Easement centerline description.
The length of the above-described Sanitary Sewer Easement is

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT `B"
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between Jacobs Ln and Crestview Dr in Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky, being 10 feet in total width, and being 30 feet on the north
side of the sanitary sewer centerline adjoined and adjacent to the north
side of an existing easement, as constructed, said centerline of the
sanitary sewer easement being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest property comer of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, thence with the west line of said property
along a reference line in a southwesterly direction approximately 50
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement T
centerline description:
Beginning at a point in the west property line of CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, thence leaving said west line and crossing said property
in an easterly direction, and parallel with the existing sanitary sewer
easement as follows, approximately 47' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 363' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 399' to a point;
Thence, continuing across said property in an easterly direction
approximately 66' to a point in the east property line of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, said point being the end of the Sanitary
Sewer Easement centerline description.
The length of the above-described Sanitary Sewer Easement is

1035, page 709, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office.

construction easement being adjoined to, and parallel with the 10 foot
sanitary sewer easement described above for an additional 20 feet of
temporary easement on the south side as shown on Exhibit A for use
during the construction period of said sanitary sewer line and
appurtenances in connection therewith.

KENTUCKY, by deed dated April 12, 2004, of record in Deed Book
1035, page 709, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office.

The sanitary sewer easement located on the southerly side of KY 305
between Jacobs Ln and County Park Rd in Paducah, McCracken
County, Kentucky, being 10 feet in total width, and being 10 feet on the
south side of the sanitary sewer centerline, as constructed, said
centerline of the sanitary sewer easement being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest property corner of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, thence with the west line of said property
along a reference line in a southwesterly direction approximately 880
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement
centerline description:
Beginning at a point in the west property line of CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, thence leaving said west line and crossing said property
in an easterly direction and parallel with the existing sanitary sewer
easement the following calls approximately 227' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 400' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 317' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 263' to a point;

north side of the sanitary sewer centerline adjoined and adjacent to the
north side of an existing easement, as constructed, said centerline of the
sanitary sewer easement being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest property corner of CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, thence with the west line of said property
along a reference line in a southwesterly direction approximately 880
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement
centerline description:
Beginning at a point in the west property line of CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, thence leaving said west line and crossing said property
in an easterly direction and parallel with the existing sanitary sewer
easement the following calls approximately 227' to a point;

total width and being 15 feet south/east and 20 feet north/west of the
sanitary sewer centerline, said sanitary sewer easement centerline line
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast property corner of CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, thence with the southern line of said property along a
reference line in a northwestern direction approximately 1,035 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement
centerline description:
Beginning at a point in the southern property line of City of Paducah,
Kentucky, thence leaving said southern line and crossing said property
in a northeasterly direction, said easement extends 25' southeast from
said centerline and runs parallel with the existing sanitary sewer
easement for four calls: approximately 115' to a point; Thence, in a
northeasterly direction approximately 399' to a point; Thence, in a
northeasterly direction approximately 410' to a point; Thence, in a
northeasterly direction approximately 22' to a point; At this point said
easement extends 20' north and 15' south of said sanitary centerline,

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
The sanitary sewer easement located on the southern side of County
Park Rd in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, being 20 feet in
total width on the south/east side of the sanitary sewer centerline, as
constructed, said centerline of the sanitary sewer easement being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest property corner of City of Paducah,
Kentucky, thence with the south line of said property along a reference
line in a southeasterly direction approximately 296 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING of the Sanitary Sewer Easement centerline
description:
Beginning at a point in the south property line of City of Paducah,
Kentucky, thence leaving said south line and crossing the property in a
northeasterly direction and parallel with the existing sanitary sewer
easement a distance of approximately 255'
Thence, in a northeasterly direction approximately 398' to a point;
Thence, in a northeasterly direction approximately 391' to a point;
Thence, in a northeasterly direction approximately 378' to a point;
Thence, in an easterly direction approximately 397' to a point;
Thence, in a northeasterly direction approximately 215' to a point in the
northeast property line of City of Paducah, Kentucky, said point being
the end of the Sanitary Sewer Easement centerline description.
The length of the above-described Sanitary Sewer Easement is

date of its adoption.
