A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY
SCHEDULE TABLE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table is hereby
amended as follows:
1. Implement 3% Cost of Living Allowance increases for IAFF and
FOP contract employees effective the first bi-weekly payroll in
July 2009.
2. Adjust pay range for Temporary/Seasonal Laborers, Pump
Operators, and Seasonal/Part-Time Recreation Workers to comply
with state and federal mandated Minimum Wage requirements of
$7.25 per hour effective July 1, 2009.
3. Hire Revenue Clerk at the hourly rate of $12.00.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

"A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
or bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
