HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1462MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1462 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY SCHEDULE TABLE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table is hereby amended as follows: 1. Implement 3% Cost of Living Allowance increases for IAFF and FOP contract employees effective the first bi-weekly payroll in July 2009. 2. Adjust pay range for Temporary/Seasonal Laborers, Pump Operators, and Seasonal/Part-Time Recreation Workers to comply with state and federal mandated Minimum Wage requirements of $7.25 per hour effective July 1, 2009. 3. Hire Revenue Clerk at the hourly rate of $12.00. SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. ATTEST: Tammara S.
