That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City of Paducah and Richard B. Murphy for employment as the City Engineer and Public Works Director of the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. ATTEST: Tammara S.
