Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copy of the contract between the City of Paducah and Wilson Chevrolet -.Cadillac, Inc for sale to the City of four (4) pick-up trucks _for, use by the Street and Maintenance Departments, be: , received and filed. Warren Morris, mechanic in the Street Department., be promoted .to Chief Mechanic in said department, effective April 30, 1973, at a salary of $3.41 per hour. 2. Robert Brown, mechanic helper in the Refuse Department, bepromoted_ to Mechanic in the Street Department, effective April 30, 1973, at a salary of $3.31 per hour. 3. Lester Herndon, street repairman in the Street Department, be promoted to Mechanic Helper in the Refuse Department, effective,, April 30, 1973, at .a salary of $3.11 per hour. 4. Chester L. Garner, street .repairman in the Street Department, be, promoted. to. Concrete Finisher 'in said department, effective April 30, 1973, at a salary of' $3.41 per hour. 5.
