House File & publi: Audit - 1972 At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4:30 p.m. on March 6, 1973, Mayor McNutt presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioner Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m. on March 6, 1973, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that pursua to the provisions of Section 27-71 of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, the City Manager issue to Kit -Mo Rental and Supply Company a permit for the private collection of refuse within the city limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for a period not to exceed six months. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners ,.Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that the executed copy of the contract and the contract abid the contract addendum between the City of Paducah and Kelley Transportation Company, Inc. be received and filed, and that the Memorandum of Insurance, executed by said Company as principal and Carolina Casualt, Insurance Company as surety be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the executed copy of the contract between the City of Paducah and Community Program Con- sultants, Inc. for engineering services in connection with street improvements, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the Contract Proposal dated March 1, 1973, submitted by Seth E. Giem & Associates for the construction of an antenna support'system atop the Jackson House be received and filed with the Minutes of this meeting. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). h ;j Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, as follows: 'I move that the Audit Rep6rt of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, prepared by Allen and Associates, for the year ended December 31, 1972 be received and filed, and that the City Treasurer be directed to publish a condensed form of said audit report. I further more that the Audit Report of the Parks and Recreation Department prepared by said Accountants for the year ended December 31, 1972, also be received and filed.
