At a -Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in'the Commission Chamber
in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, `at 4 30 p.m. , on July 2, 1974, Mayor McNutt presided
and upo'n'call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Brumley,
Coleman, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) , Commissioner Hornsby being absent.
Mayor McNutt offered motion seconded by Commissioner Brumley, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called' Meeting to be held at 4: 30 p. m. , on July 2, 1974, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman,
Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4)

1. The resignation of Kenneth Nelson, city planner, be received, filed and accepted,

effective July 19, 1974.

2. Jack Whaley, recreation supervisor in the Parks & Recreation Department, be
promoted to Director in said department, retroactive to July 1, 1974, at a salary
of $940.00 per month.

inspection in the completed form in which it. shall be put upon its final passage. Adopted on

LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION", 'be introduced and remain on file
