Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that
the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to the Estate of Harry
Edward Kipp of a parcel of ground, 4 x 10 feet, and known as Grave No. 29C, Section 4 of the
Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $250.00, (Receipt No. 14877), and
that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave.

resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A 'PURCHASE
RECION'PHASEIIII COMMUNICATIONS; CITY OF PADUCAH-, "SUB-GRANTEE'ACCOUNT", be
adopted: ' Adopted'= call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby,
Puryear'and Mayor McNutt (5) .
Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that
an ordinance entitled "AN 'ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CAbILLAC,
INC . FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF TWO '(2) NEW `1974 ECONOMY TYPE AUTOMOBILES FOR USE
IN THE -INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, AND, AUTHURInN- G `THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE", be introduced and remain on file for one week for
public inspection in the'cornpleted -form in which it `shall be put upon its final passage.
