A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND OSCAR
CROSS BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF PADUCAH, INC., FOR LEASE OF THE
ARMORY BUILDING AND APPURTENANT PARKING AREA LOCATED AT 2956
PARK AVENUE, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Lease
Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club
of Paducah, Inc. for lease of the Armory building and appurtenant parking area located at
2956 Park Avenue. This agreement does not include the service building.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid lease authorized in Section 1
above shall commence on January 1, 2014, and expires December 31, 2023. The lease
shall automatically renew for two (2) five (5) year terms, unless either party gives written
notice of termination no later than 90 days prior to the end of the term or renewal term.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
