A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$29,000, FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT'S MOBILE RADIO
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to obtain a 2009 Kentucky Office of Homeland Security in the amount
of $29,000, for funding to be used for the Paducah Police Department's Mobile Radio
Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
